TheBrightdent UGC Project Guidelines

We’re currently looking for talented content creators to produce engaging User-Generated Content (UGC) featuring our newest launch the BrightDent Aura X toothbrush - designed to elevate everyday oral care with a clean, modern approach.

Before getting started, please review the project guidelines below:

1. Project Scope

We’d love to collaborate with you on creating:

  • One 15-60 second video showcasing the BrightDent Aura toothbrush (Instagram Reels format),
    OR

  • 10 high-quality product photos highlighting the toothbrush in a clean, elegant, and visually appealing way.

Format & Creative Direction

  • Vertical format (9:16)

  • iPhone quality is perfectly acceptable

  • Please shoot in 4K or 1080p (both are accepted)

  • You have full creative freedom - this can include:

    • You using the product

    • Product-only shots

    • Or a combination of both

  • Voice-over is optional; if included, it should be in English

2. Usage Rights

The content will be used for organic purposes only on BrightDent’s Instagram profile.

Your content will not be used for paid advertising or sponsored promotions.

You are not required to post the content yourself. Simply deliver the final content to us directly.
If you choose to share the content on your own social channels or portfolio, you’re welcome to do so (this is optional and not additionally compensated).

3. Ownership & Content Rights

  • We do not require exclusivity or perpetual rights

  • Watermarked previews may be submitted prior to payment

  • Once payment is completed, we’ll request the final high-resolution, non-watermarked files

4. Budget & Payment

  • Budget: €650 (or equivalent in your local currency - USD, GBP, AUD, CAD, etc.)

  • Payment methods: PayPal or direct bank transfer

Our finance team will reach out once the content has been reviewed to arrange payment.

5. Product Access & Timeline

To participate, you’ll need to acquire one BrightDent Aura X toothbrush using an exclusive 50% creator discount provided by us.

  • Shipping costs are covered by BrightDent

  • Once you confirm receipt of the product, you’ll have up to 2 weeks to complete and submit your content

6. Legal Agreement

To ensure clarity and protect both parties, a Service Agreement will be sent before the project begins.

When you’re ready to proceed, please provide your full name, and we’ll send the contract for review.
